It is with great pleasure and honor; I take the privilege of welcoming you to the 20th
International Exhibition of Food & Beverage Processing Technologies Exhibition 29-31 May
2025 at Lahore Expo Centre.

All Pakistan Restaurant Association (APRA) is the only authorized body of Restaurants and
Caterers in Pakistan to advocate their rights. It is registered with Directorate General Trade
Organization (DGTO), Ministry of Commerce, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad,
registration number 214.

The main object of the association is to protect, safeguard and promote restaurants &
caterers rights, interests and privileges, to provide a platform to restaurants & caterers
voice, their concerns to the Federal/ Provincial Government or any other legal authorities
on all Pakistan-basis and is committed to make contribution to the national economic
development through the promotion and up- gradation of the sector.
APRA effectively deals with the different Government departments in Karachi like
cantonment boards, Karachi Metropolitan Corporation, Employees Old Age Benefit
Institute, Sindh Revenue Board, Labour Department, Environmental Protection Agency,
etc.

APRA is collaborating with the Department of Food Science and Technology, University of
Karachi and Jinnah University for Women, Pakistan Tourism and Hotel Management
(PITHM), College of Tourism and Hotel Management (COTHM), Consumer Rights Council
Sindh, Consumer Association of Pakistan, Consumer Rights Protection Council.
I look forward to many more years of IFTECH Pakistan and the amazing participation of
international exhibitors that this conference will bring.
