Pakistan Dairy Association acknowledges and appreciates the efforts of the Pegasus
Consultancy for organizing the 20th Edition of International Exhibition of Food & Beverage
Processing Packaging Technologies IFTECH Pakistan, scheduled from 29-31 May 2025 at
Expo Centre Lahore.

With the growing population, use of technology in processing and packaging of food is the
only way forward to the future. If any food sector wishes to make exponential progress,
right and effective incorporation of technology is the key. The Dairy Sector is no different.
The Dairy Sector in Pakistan has been making use of technology for processing, packaging,
quality assurance and quality control as well as research and development. However, the
dairy industry is continuously exploring better options which can reduce time and
resources and give maximum output possible. An exhibition like IFTECH Pakistan can prove
to be quite a learning experience for the dairy industry of Pakistan, especially the
entrepreneurs and SMEs. We hope that the exhibition will be a source of knowledge
regarding innovative technology for the dairy sector of Pakistan. Dairy sector is one of the
most important sectors of Pakistan which impacts more than 10 million families.
The dairy industry provides numerous safe and quality processed dairy products to the
consumers such as UHT milk, Pasteurized milk, Flavoured milk, Tea whitener, Dairy Drink,
Ice Cream, Yogurt, Drinking yogurt, Desi Ghee, Cream & many more.

Pakistan Dairy Association is the representative body of dairy farmers, milk processors of
the country and Dairy related businesses. It is our mission to ensure provision of Safe Milk
to the population of Pakistan. More than ninety percent of the packaged dairy products
sold in Pakistan are produced by our members. In addition to delivering safe and healthy
dairy products to the consumers, PDA members are providing livelihood to millions of milk
farming communities and are a key contributor to national tax revenue.
We, at Pakistan Dairy Association, wish the Pegasus Consultancy good luck and look
